Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate account deletion from your Settings page. When you delete your account:

  • Immediate Removal: Your account, profile information, favorite rikishi, and preferences are immediately deleted from our database.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Any active subscriptions are canceled immediately. Please note that cancellations are effective immediately and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Authentication: Your authentication credentials are permanently deleted, preventing future access.
  • Analytics Data: We immediately stop tracking your activity. However, historical analytics data may be retained by our third-party analytics providers according to their retention policies, typically ranging from 30 days to 13 months.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

5. International Transfer

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
